Refunds Possible If: 

• If we don't release the package within 15 days from date of order without any communications
• The ordered item(s) is lost during transit
• If order is cancelled before dispatch, 5% will be charged as transaction fee.

Please note: Refund payments will only be made via the original payment method of your order. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for the credit to appear in your account. If the mode of payment is Card/Online, there will be a deduction as per bank refund policy. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame.

How to Request a Refund: 

To request a refund, simply email us your order details, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund.
